Beekeeping Best Practice Day

This year’s Best Practice Day will look at some of the challenges our bees face in the coming year and how you can help them meet them.

  • Kirsty Stainton: Viruses
  • Bob Smith The insect fat body – overlooked and undervalued
  • Michael Thomas Ramsey Exploring the Vibrational World of Honeybees
  • Andrew Durham The Beekeepers Guide to the Asian Hornet Bees

Bees Abroad will have a display and there will be a raffle in aid of their work

Box House Beekeeping Supplies will have a sales stand during the morning and lunch

Venue Great Barton Village Hall


It is recommended that you book immediately as in previous years the event as been oversubscribed. Entry will only be by prior registration and payment.
