I&ESBKA Open day for new beekeepers
Held at the Teaching Apiary at Wherstead 2-5pmon 8 September

This is an opportunity for anyone interested in bees and beekeeping, adults and children, to take a look inside a beehive. We will lend bee suits and gloves and then we will open a beehive for small groups, explaining what is going on in the hive and giving them a chance to handle the bees if they want to - they can get involved as much or as little as they wish. If all goes to plan there might be tea and cake too! To book email names and numbers to secretary.iesbka@suffolkbeekeepers.co.uk from whom further details will be available.
